The site manager is responsible for organizing and supervising of assembly works in line with applicable regulations and approved execution design.
Site engineer performs the tasks set out with the project manager such as analysis of technical documentation, coordination of deliveries or subcontractors services and others.
The foreman is responsible for the quality of assembly works and for coordination of particular works on the site.
